Hello, my name is Matt McNichols, founder of High Mountain Forest.com. Here at High Mountain our goal is to make the highest quality hardwood lumber available to anyone, anywhere. We understand that buying your lumber online seems a little unorthodox because it is a personal choice to determine what works best for your project in color, grain, character, width etc. That is why we try to make each order as specific as possible to your needs. Feel free to request whatever you want and we will do our best to hand select what you need. In fact, we are so confident that you will be happy with your wood that if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will refund or exchange your purchase. Claims will need to be within 10 days of receiving your order and are subject to some additional freight charges.
